Another four games played and four more wins… At this stage of the season, winning is the only way to survive and the only direction towards our goal. After 12 seasons, the window of opportunity is as elusive as finding a four leaf clover. We have to take advantage of every opportunity. Throughout the season we’ve learned that to taste success, we need to make sacrifices to strengthen the team. Our bond on and off the court has created a true team environment. We share the ball on the court and we share the laughs off the court.

So here we stand, once again, with another week of rest and preparation. Being the older guy on the team, and playing 90 games thus far, I appreciate this time off. Especially knowing we have at most 14 games remaining to capture that dream.  However, for Coach Stan, time off means time to perfect. So as you can imagine, we’re ready for practice, practice, practice. As the old saying goes, “Practice makes perfect.” 

The mission is to stay humble, hungry, focused and ready to pick up where we left off!
